Lessons Learnt about outdoor advertising

It will almost certainly need to be done at night
Expect installers to ring at any time
When installers ring you it may seem inane but its always important to them
Every client wants there campaign up first
Weather will kill your chances of a smooth installs
If you want your campaign posted on-time choose a static medium
Don’t believe the brand sales team, they will tell you anything you want to hear to make a sale
Don’t expect communication to be plentiful between client, agency and installer
Everyone will blame everyone else if something goes wrong but praise themselves if it goes right
The more complex the campaign, the more chance of error in posting
Just because a campaign looks good doesn’t mean it is affective
If you give a printer the choice they will always use the cheapest material or process, ALWAYS!
